Made for the people who keep everyone else going.

ShiftStep started with a simple question: why do the people who care for everyone else go home with feet that ache the most?

Long shifts, hard floors and no time to sit down take their toll. We wanted something simple that fits into the shoes you already wear and the routine you already have. No gadgets, no fuss. Just support that lasts the whole shift.

We're a small team, we ship from the UK, and we read every email. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it.
