Your legal right to cancel
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us by email, then return the items within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund you, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the items back (or proof you've sent them).
Our 30-day comfort guarantee
On top of your legal rights: if you're not happy within 30 days of delivery, email us and we'll refund the product price.
Faulty items
If your item is faulty, you're entitled to a full refund within 30 days under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We cover return postage.
Size exchanges
Free within 30 days. Email us and we'll send the other size.
How to return
Email support@shiftstep.co.uk with your order number. We'll reply with the return address within 1 working day.
